Pineapple Support Launches Conflict Management Training Series

LOS ANGELES — Pineapple Support is expanding its corporate training initiative with a new series, "Conflict Management and Mental Health First Aid."

The series of four sessions will be led by licensed therapist Nicki Line, starting Wednesday. Sessions start at 11 a.m. PDT and include “How to identify an employee in crisis” (Oct. 2), “Making a mental health action plan” (Oct. 16), “Distress tolerance skills for the workplace” (Nov. 6) and “Conflict management in the workplace” (Nov. 20).

Sessions within Pineapple Support’s corporate training initiative are exclusively available to employees of companies that sponsor Pineapple Support. Interactive training sessions take place every two months and are available to rewatch on a password-protected website.

“These sessions are designed to equip participants with the essential skills to navigate workplace conflicts and provide mental-health first aid,” said Line. “They are critical for creating a supportive and mentally healthy workplace environment. The ability to recognize a crisis and effectively manage conflicts is key to ensuring the well-being of both employees and the overall company.”

Pineapple Support founder Leya Tanit added, “By equipping employees and executives with the tools to handle mental health crises and workplace conflicts, businesses help to create healthier, more productive work environments.”
